Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, although we cannot guarantee delivery to all international destinations. If for some reason, we are not able to ship to your particular address, we will notify you to explore possible avenues for making delivery.

Delivery Time

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the confirmation email you receive from us, after placing your order. Shipping options include USPS and FedEx. Calculating Cost

Shipping costs for orders from Seasoned Sisters depend upon the method and option you choose. If you do not choose a preference, we will send your order by the least expensive method, without regard to delivery time.

International Shipping

Seasoned Sisters gladly accepts orders from around the world. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the deliver address for your order.

Because of the variety of charges to destinations outside the continental United States, shipping charges for international orders will be calculated after your order is placed. You will be contacted with the total amount of your order, including products and shipping. Upon your approval, charges will be submitted and your order will be shipped.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

For your protection, any order valued at $400 or more will be sent via a trackable method.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Returns & Replacements

The above terms also apply to any replacement product we might ship (in our discretion) if there is a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our fulfillment centers.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
